Holt Farm lies in attractive, rolling hill country on the borders
of Herefordshire and Monmouthshire, at the end of a long private
track. It is a wonderful, peaceful location and has immediate access

and a footpath rises behind to a hill with direct access to Offa's
Dyke and the Black Mountains, affording extensive views.
There are many attractions within easy driving distance: Hay on
Wye (7 miles) - world famous for its bookshops and with a wide range
of activites to suit all tastes: historic castles such as Longtown
and Llanthony; the lovely cathedral city of Hereford (15 miles) and
of course the River Wye itself. The Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat
are approx. half an hour's drive and golf, riding, fishing, canoeing
- even gliding! - are available locally. Overall the area offers
unrivalled opportunities for the perfect country holiday.
This is a really impressive, imaginatively planned conversion of
